A lot.....but who recruits and signs that talent? Saban is still the best recruiter in the nation if not always the best gameday coach.

Undoubtedly. I think Saban needs to teach Doug how to call running plays and all will be well.

If he can bring Elam into the fold, his system can overcome being "out-schemed". When he has the tank at NT, and a couple lock-down corners, they're damn near unstoppable.

I used to think this as well until that 2011 Natty. I have never seem a team self diagnose tendencies and exploit them like that.
