UA has to extend Saban every year to keep him in Tuscaloosa. Now that is hilarious. As for your "perfect timing", does UA now have to extend Saban as some kind of stunt to recruit-or to keep their remaining commits from flipping?

Well naturally; we aren't expecting you to read the sentences, hence the pictures.

You mean he was planning to retire at UA if UA caved in to his demand for a new contract at the end of every season? He must love Tuscaloosa. As for the effectiveness of his decision-making, did you see the Iron Bowl?

I guess you forgot that AU just extended Malzhan and he hasn't even coached one year. And you bash us for extending the best coach in college football?

The perfect time to do all of this is in the midst of recruiting!

Saban to recruit: Come play for me, wherever that may be, I can't comment on that son... hold on my agent is calling... what #$@!@#... like I said kid, come play for me... what now Sexton!? WHAT!!@#?! So Kid, wanna come to... ...Alabama?

Gus to recruit:

Or how about he took a 3-9 team to the national chpionship? and you had the "premier coach and had to pay a superior program to keep him?

We paid nobody but Saban. Not sure what you meant. AU just did the same thing as Bama. You truly are our little brother.

No Auburn extended the contract for the best coach in college football.

Gus Malzahn Coach of The Year

You guys finally got your guy, evidently not the greatest coach, to sign on the dotted line. Congrats!

This is funny because Bma just got little brothered. You basically just doubled your coaches salary out of fear UT would take your coach. We up our coaches salary for a job well done.

If Auburn continues to have the success they are having this year then I am sure Coach Malzahn will get annual contract extensions. No matter how much you think your head coach loves your school, at the end of the day they are high paid mercenary.

At $7M+, it'll be interesting the fan reaction the next time Saban tells them to stick around for the whole game.

So case and point, Saban doesn't love your school.
