Saban is about to win his 3rd title in 4 years. LSU hasn't won a title without Nick Saban recruits since 1958, I can see why you'd be upset.

I would want someone other than Smart though. I would want a proven head coach. Of course I'm in the minority.

So you see, if you choose to look at it from the perspective of shoulda whoulda coulda...as you seem to be, it appears that LSU coulda lost 2 of the recent games against Saban, making them 6-1.
I don't look at it that way, though...because if you coulda won...you SHOULDA won.
But it's pointless arguing with an LSU fan of your stature. I'll be eagerly waiting for your conspiracy theories about the refs and about the sec officials being in Bama's back pocket.
