No he's not. He figured it was going to get out so he tried to stay ahead of it. If the games are forfeitted that is just more games they lose if he keeps playing.

Thats idiotic. If he knows about it and still lets him play he risks forfeiting the games. Saban absolutely did the right thing. I believe he tries to run as clean of a program as possible. Now boosters and others, that may be a different matter. I will say this is the type of thing that really pisses saban off and could frustrate him out of T-town.
