it's not. just sometimes certain people like to act like they are better than these types of things, then their team goes and does the exact same thing

How to you keep a team from becoming complacent after winning 3 championships in 4 years?
You find ways to motivate them. Saban looks for ways to keep the team motivated and working hard during the summer. It is why he usually schedules a big game at the beginning of the summer and uses stuff like the "never again" posters.
He refuses to let us have let down like we did in 2010 with arguably best team talent wise since he has been here.
Every coach in the country looks for ways to find extra motivation for their players. Most just don't turn it into a massive piece of wall art about their little brotherness.

Exactly. Typical football motivational fodder. It happens in most locker rooms in all divisions, from high school and up.

Why anyone cares is beyond me. Saban knows if his team comes put flat he's down three touchdowns in the first quarter again and doesn't stand a chance of winning. Every little bit of motivation is good...
