You will get down voted mercilessly, but I will give you an upvote sir. I pointed out just a couple of weeks ago that Saban's assholiness repels any OC that has options. He can only get no names that are looking to get a foot in the door and are willing to hand their manhood over to the midget as an entry fee, or talented but tainted douchebags that are considered pariahs by other head coaches.

If your OC is running around making snarky comments about his tenure at your school, missing the team bus, making bizarre play calls the last third of the season, taking a job at a de facto FCS school, and admitting he's half-assing the gameplan for a playoff game, who is at fault when he gets shitcanned? The OC or the head coach, who I might add, gave the entitled shithead a chance to resurrect his career?
There are a few simple rules to being a successful OC at Alabama.
1. Run the damn ball!
2. If rule #1 isn't working, you are allowed to throw the ball. After some success, revert to rule #1.
3. If rule #1 is working, DO NOT deviate from it!
4. If Saban is looking pissed, revert to rule #1 immediately.
5. Any other questions, see rule #1.
It's that simple.
