Let's say a Heisman winning player transferred to a new school. Can that school claim his Heisman?

I don't think it works that way, but it is a good question.

Depends solely on erection height. As long as it is contained within prescribed parameters, "no harm no foul" ruling is referred to.

Just turn your pockets inside out and let it hang out then tell them to come see the elephant, works for me

I believe we have set a precedent of sorts on this matter. John David Crow's Heisman trophy has been on display in the Bryant museum in the past, though I don't know if it still is. So technically, in order to qualify, you have to hire his coach from said player's Heisman year.

And then, you always run the risk of pissing off the other fan base.

OK....heres a question....what if school has a Heisman winner and he is accused by student of rape, shoplifts groceries, steals soda from Burger King and then stands up on table and yells a really stupid phrase after already being under dark cloud for rape...where does school erect statue? Id say in locked equipment room
