Honestly, I also used to load up the latest NCAA series. Pre-Saban, let's just say I played it a good bit ;p

That option isn't really there anymore.

When you start feeling down:

"Next year our team will be great because X"
"Other teams will suck because Y"

Rinse and repeat

LSU, a so-so team, lost to ND, another so-so team in a close game that could've gone either way. That's the truth, end of story. Now, moving on to 2015 ....

We improved our defensive coaching staff which is honestly all I cared about. After the aTm/UGA games I didn't even want us to play in a bowl. I don't know what to tell Bama bc I don't see a whole lot of staff changes. You have a team loaded with 5 star players. You've got that going for you.

Well, at my stage in life, I realize that you are not always going to win every game. If we're talking about Alabama, they still had a good overall body of work for the year and the program remains strong. You just got beat by a healthier team, and many of us didn't see that one coming.

If we're talking LSU, well, the program has some real problems right now and someone in Baton Rouge needs to get up off their arse and start solving them.

Reading how the gumps felt it was a two to three loss season now after they lose to tOhio St., after 3 years of number one in recruiting. And that this team, with a 5 year qb., couldn't take em to the promised land. And the next one probalby want either. We knew LSU was gonna lose 3, and got hosed in the Music bowl.

I enjoyed this season.

I did also, maybe not our corner play but thats fixable

1. Watching Blake Sims get his chance and making the most of it after paying his dues.
2. Loved watching Lane rise from the coaching ashes.
3. Happy to see CNS evolving/changing with the game albeit slowly.
4. Amari Cooper go get paid son.

Great season Bama.
