Justin Ross Harris both attended and was employed by the university of alabama and is a native of tuscaloosa. He met his wife Leanna at the university.....there are actual photos of him that were shown on the national media wearing a red shirt with the word "Alabama' across the front, as well as the 'script A' Alabama logo pasted on the back of the murder vehicle.

This X 10000. When Bama wins (and they win a lot) it's probably a paradox of emotions for a lot of their true fans, alums, etc. Happy to get the win but cringe-worthy waiting for the redneck shoe to drop somewhere in a trailerpark.
A friend of mine's parents are both Alabama grads. His dad got transferred to a plant here 30+ years ago. I was talking to one of them after Updyke and he was embarrassed. He later told me it was crushing to him, and he felt like he didn't even know how to keep cheering for his university.
For the rational Bama fans, I feel for you. Every season at some point, it has to get a little weird.

I am fully aware of what she claimed, I was just offering my thought that I doubt that was REALLY her reason. She's still a lunatic and needs to be locked away forever, regardless of her reasoning.

Mostly just here. Even on the internet, the SECr is a rare place that tries to make people feel guilty of the actions of strangers, sometimes from over half a decade ago.

This entire thread is an attempt at trolling and is probably not kosher as far as the rules go. I would wager if I started a competing thread about other schools it would get nuked.

There's just not enough people that hate LSU. It wouldn't make it very far imho. Alabama uniquely brings all the trolls of the SECR together.
