After looking at all of this it's become obvious to me that McClain is indeed the superior linebacker.

This is extremely obvious. I would take Ro as a Freshman over Ray Lewis in his prime. Ro just has the "IT" factor. Ray is overhyped. He just has such a great supporting cast on the Baltimore defense it makes him look better.

Oh and yes PP > Deion also.

I think Jamarcus Russell is better than Marino, Manning, Starr, and Brees put together.

That's crazy talk.

Doesn't matter. Ray is king right now, giving way to Patrick Willis. When McClain actually does something in the NFL, we can talk about this without it being retarded.

I actually think Alabama would have beaten the Saints last year. Don't get me wrong NO would have given them a good game, but there is just WAAY too much talent on the tide roster.

I agree. I'm surprised the world didn't implode after they won the NC.

Finally! Someone who looks at this whole situation level headed. Everyone in here is so biased against Alabama it's clouding their judgment.

And please explain the whole Ray hits harder, but Ro hits deeper? I mean what the frick does that even mean?

Ro has a sharp head that will penetrate the body

I doubt Rolando wants you giving out personal information like that

Come on man, Ro doesn't care. He's already the greatest LB in the NFL and he hasn't even made a single tackle. Hell, he isn't even on a team yet

McClain isn't even on a team yet. How is he supposed to play a frickING down in the NFL? Answer that one smart guy.

I believe this is the point. The dude has accomplished absolutely nothing at the NFL level so to even suggest he is on the same level as a perennial all-pro linebacker is just plain assinine.

So how does he get on a team? Is there like a draft or something?

Yep, if he gets on a team this year, you think he will make the pro-bowl? Start even? I think that the latter is possible...

Oh, not only will he make the pro bowl, he'll be the BEST LB in the league. Ray Lewis will be a distant memory in the eyes of NFL fans.

Lewis is a great LB but I see alot of flaws in his game. He's too fat and slow....all he does is run and tackle.

What the hell else do you need him to do? Run water to the referees during timeouts? He's an LB.

Considering he is ranked in the top 10 of Most feared tacklers I'd disagree with that too.

Thoughts?

I'm thinking you don't know squat about football to even ask the question. The difference between the NFL and college is like night and day.
Come ask the question again after McClain has been in the league for 7 - 8 years.
