This is going to sound like a bad troll but I don’t even know what “Rocky Top” is. I’m in my 20s and have followed college football for roughly two decades. Tennessee has been so irrelevant during my lifetime that I don’t even know what this tradition is that you’re referring to. I’ll have to go look it up apparently
