That certainly wasn't the case last year. You were much closer to 7-5 than you were to 14-0....you were very, very fortunate that both Vandy and A&M choked bigtime in the second half...and you battled the worst team in the SEC right down to the final gun (Ole Miss). You were completely destroyed by both LSU and Bama.....so, you were much, much closer to finishing unranked last year, than finishing undefeated. It's funny...arkansas fans keep saying top 5.....as if you were right there with the big boys. You weren't...you were on an entirely lower level......and that was with BP. It's not like you have the talent overall on your team to overcome the loss of BP. I don't think you finish unranked (depending on how you do in the mid-level bowl game you go to), but I do think there is a very, very good chance of finishing the regular season at 8-4. Arkansas was simply not a good road team with BP....I don't expect they will be better without him......You guys just don't get it.....you finish by default in top 5 one time in last 30 years...and call yourself elite.......LSU has finished top 5 five times in last 9 years....and top 10 six times in last 11 years......I would imagine the odds in vegas would be higher that arkansas went 14-0 than if they went 7-5. Their over/under is 9 right?...that's closer to 7 than 12.

they are just young and not very intelligent...for the most part....certainly not realistic.....I think some of them actually think that losing bp will have no impact...and that they are really a very talented team.....if this team loses wilson, they may not go .500.....that is not the trademark of a talented team.

He/Rivals predicted 10-2 or 9-3, which is the same thing Arkansas fans are saying.

It's a little more than 5% chance. Vegas has us as a top 10 to win it all. There is no way there's that kind of numbers to say we go unranked, if there were a poll for such a thing. So yes, we are more likely to go 14-0 than it would be for us to finish unranked.
And my reasoning is I tend to go with the guys who make tons of money on this over some dumbass poster on TD.

I'll go with the over under at vegas, what is it 8 1/2 or 9? I'll take the under. They will have to play perfect against everyone other than bama/lsu in order to win 10 games....too many losable games on the road (and arky ain't good on the road lately).....and they ain't beating lsu or bama at home......8-4.

What really annoys is when people mouth Arkansas fans for saying we'll go 9-3 or 10-2 and call us delusional or stupid or out of touch with reality when every media outlet/preseason magazine has Arkansas doing the same thing their fans are predicting, including this Rivals article.

Didn't you know only LSU is allowed to have high expectations of their season? They have won 5 preseason national titles since 2007.
