I'm a "born in Tupelo, childhood in Corinth, teenager in Southaven" kind of guy. Gotta love north Mississippi and all of its glory lol. I will say that I drove all the way to Corinth to eat at the white trolley and get a drink at the drug store on the square.

Nah that place is better now than it was 20 years ago. If I had to move back to that part of the state I would live in Corinth. That way I could have a boat at J.P. Coleman and hit up the waterfall cove during the summertime. Either way its all better than Kansas which I'm in till 2015 for grad school. Prayers accepted for being in Big12 country.

Great basketball but there is just a vibe of complacency in the area with school and work. I will say that their "ghetto" is only as bad as Winchester in Memphis.
