This is what you are up against today gators.
I know the following to be true as of 6:40am.
Rickts schedule:
3:00am- Internal clock went off.
3:02am-rolled off edge of bed and landed in push up position. 200 reps. Dedication!
3:10- prayer. Spiritual!
3:15- red lined the hotel ab lounger until the screws busted off. Intensity!
3:44- sprinted 3.4 miles to boat dock on St Johns river. Endurance!
3:58- high dived into river naked and swam across and back. Adventurous!
4:30- ate healthy breakfast and ministered to Honduran hotel service personnel. Leadership!
5:15- completed NYT sudoku puzzle to stay mentally sharp. Focus!
5:25- 'white noise' mediation game day routine. Cerebral!
5:50- unaccounted for
6:02- intervened in a conflict outside team hotel and brought two souls to the Lord.
The man accomplishes more in 3 pre dawn hours than any trashy Gator fan does in a month. There is a red and black storm brewing over Jacksonville and Richt is the mother frickin eye of the storm. The storm has been gathering strength all week and is about to make landfall at EverBank Field. McElwain and his band of thugs can't out run this cat 5 cyclone. Richt is the minister plentiopentiary of the arse whipping Jort nation is preparing to endure today. Y'all bout to be christened as Bauta's biotches!

Watch him use his creativity to fashion a toy school bus with nothing more than empty milk cartons and #2 lead pencils and Oreos and get back with me champ.
