Big 12 might have found 4 new members to keep Big 12 conference alive.
Will this speed up the Oklahoma and Texas to the SEC sooner than anticipated?

If by "alive" you mean "on life support."

That would make them a decent G5 conference no doubt.

Glad they will survive but we need to call it a midmajor conference and change from the P5 conferences to P4 conferences, and that is being generous to the Pac 12.

BYU, UCF, Cincinnati, and Houston....all good picks. I'm sure Texas is glad they're leaving the Big 12 now 'cause any one of these 4 could own the Cows, especially Cincinnati.

Excellent - both teams will have to pay through the nose to leave now.

The Football program will join the Missouri Valley.

Yes! Without adding new members to the Big 12 as soon as possible it will be dead!

They might be able to snag Texas Jr. too. We all know it's just a matter of time before they do what they do (run from Texas).

Translate? This means that the B12 will probably be on par with the AAC. Sorry little bro, Mizzou won in this one. Enjoy your games with UCF and Houston though ...

Odessa Permian, Southlake Carroll, Cedar Hill, and Katy Taylor?

Anyone know how soon this will get done? Will Oklahoma and Texas go to the SEC right after the Big 12 gets the deal done? Like the following year when those 4 new members are set to join the Big 12? Next year or two?

I honestly think that conference could beat the pac12 or ACC if they matched up 1 v 1, 2 v 2, etc. Or at least be 6-6

That one would be a later addition. It will need to find another school. I guess one school from the State of Louisiana?

In what world is it a win to lose Texas and Oklahoma for BYU, Houston, and Cincinnati?
