It is overrated. this year the SEC is a very average conference. Either UF or Bama is going to be shocked when they have to go up against a real offense. They haven't seen one all season long.

If the SEC is average then most of the others are WELL below average. #12 Oklahoma State gets shut out by 5 loss Oklahoma with all of their injuries? Are you serious? Oklahoma State is overrated right now! How about the SEC going 3-0 over the ACC today and 2 UNRANKED SEC schools beat both of their ranked opponents who are going to the ACC Championship game. Want to talk overrated? Please.

At home.

UGA is probably the 10th best SEC team this year, too.

Your nuts sogafan... Unrated middle of the pack SEC teams dismantles GT and Clemson today. Both ranked. The question is not on if we are overrated but more of the point that there is more parity in the SEC then it ever has. The real test will be the bowls and I predict the SEC will handle their games with ease and not to mention another NC under the belt.

You don't realize the irony of this.

I'd like to see Texas,TCU,Cincinnati,Boise etc give going unbeaten in the SEC a try.

Let em have to go to Gainesville or TTown or even a place like Starkvegas. You can bet they'd get a tougher time than they got playing the creampuffs they have all year.

Because nothing says "dominant program" like Mississippi State.

That's just it though. The least dominant program in our conference is a tougher place to play than any other conference's schools.

Exactly. It is absolutely amazing Bama has gone undefeated in the West. But even Bama was a play or two from having another loss or two. The SEC is down right brutal and the parity in the league is pretty amazing. The real difference is the level of defense played in the SEC and the recruiting hotbed that is the South.

You obviously have no idea what 50,000 cowbells sounds like.
Not many people do.

Bama, LSU, Florida players get rattled in Starkville.

50,000 cowbells sounds like 100,000 fans and that's the truth,

UGA has a tremendous amount of talent that has not played to potential. GT thumped them hard last year and Richt wanted to keep his job so this was their homerun game.

Ohio State at Starkvegas. Let's schedule it. Those cowbells would mess you kids up. Big time. Most embarrassing loss in Ohio State history?
