Miz/KS has to be one of the least known "hate rivalries" in college sports. I had no idea, either.
It would be like finding out Minnesota and Wisconsin really hate each other. (Do they? Maybe. Why would anybody know?) The in-state rivalries are easy to see. And most everybody in this part of the country has a generic hatred/dislike of Texas.
