AU was on the winning side of the greatest college football game ever played. What side was Bama on?

Exactly.

Some things will be remembered...Forever. Some will just be another game. For the rest of your life - you will watch Chris Davis dance down the sidelines while your 5* fat asses chase behind. Enjoy.

Are these the type of things Auburn fans have to tell themselves to cope with Bama's dynasty? Apparently.

You really think Bama would trade the last 7 years of results for one fluke play?

Alabama's most memorable, shining moments are winning national championships and stringing together dynasties here and there.

Auburn's most memorable, shining moments are fluke wins over Alabama. Punt Bama Punt kept ya'll going for a few decades and the Kick 6 will as well I guess.

Whatever fills the void.

Dynasty? When you lose Saturday you will have a .500 record against AU. How will you cope with that? Maybe you will still sneak into the final 4 and get you a title anyway.

Remember that time an SEC team blew a 21-point 3rd quarter lead to Louisiana-Monroe when ranked in the top 10?

You have a number to put on the back of your Chevy. We have the most memorable moments in CFB history. To each their own.

Auburn had a season to remember. We were huge underdogs to Bama and FSU. Many Bama fans wanted us to get embarrassed in the Nattie. We outplayed them, but we lost. Basically scored too soon.

Boston College has a very memorable Hail Mary against defending national champion Miami they've shown on tv an awful lot.

Miami went on to win 4 more national titles and Boston College has been a completely irrelevant program both before and after that moment.

Loser programs needs individual moments to remember fondly, because that's all they have. There's no pedigree of long term success.

It's the difference between winning a million bucks on a lotto scratcher one time vs. being Warren Buffet.

But big congrats on joining the Cal/Stanford band play in the college football freak play hall of fame.
