Recruits reading message boards

I keep hearing folks say this and, "be careful what you say". Does this strike anyone else as weird? Anyone ever hear a recruit admit to stalking boards? Don't they have better stuff to do than read the dribble we idiots post here on a daily basis?

Miles got beat to shite on Tiger Rant in 2010 ... and he just pulled in a top 10 class. I'd say these boards don't have too much effect.

They do not have a huge impact, players read these boards and laugh. Some post on this board and we never know it.
I know a couple players the use to read board and would get mad when "Fans" dissed them and called them garbage, or bad mouthed them in any way.
Message boards are an avenue of release, if they have a problem with a board like this, they have 10 more just like this one. The Rivals/ESPN message boards are worse than this one in my opinion.

He also lost three rivals 100 players.

Its being around people like you sir for the first 25 years of my life that ensured I will never have anything but contempt for LSU.
