Monken was great but Kirby said that recruiting always beats coaching

Kirby has been the best recruiter the past 5-7 years in the country

Regardless of who is calling plays,

Georgia is still STACKED

and the rest of the SEC is scared and FRICKED

That is abundaoclear by all the threads being made about monken to the ravens

There was exactly one Monken to Ravens thread on the board when you posted this. Stop melting.

If recruiting always beats coaching then why did Bama lose to LSU and Tenn?

If this was true then Muschamp would still be our HC.

Are you a new Georgia fan?

Coaching beating talent is pretty much your history up to hiring Todd Monken to give your offense a pulse.

Lincoln Riley’s move and success at USC as well as TCU’s success pretty well prove you’re wrong.

Are you saying UGA was more talented than Bama in 2017 and 2018? More talented than LSU 2019?

Or that mark Richt's top 10 recruiting classes (top 5 in conference) were more talented than Bama, Florida, Tennessee, etc?

Are you new to college football recruiting?
Our first #1 class was 2018. They were seniors 2021.
We've been in the top talent talk since 2020's Covid year.

I was Unaware you lost 3 games between 2017 and 2019

2017- more talented than Auburn
2018- how the frick did you lose to that 2018 LSU team? And Texas?
2019- South Carolina?
2020- absolutelt more talented than Florida. Probably equally talented as Alabama at that point.

Because, just like georgia, they have a moron for a coach that if he wasnt paying playerS $30 MILLION PER YEAR, they would be losing to La-Monroe and UAB...

You do realize that the more talented team does not win every game. Right? Especially at night on the road.
There is evidence for UGA under Kirby of having 20 point swings going from road to neutral/home. And for good reason (road games matter)

LSU was top 10 composite talent and #2 in the country for recruiting class 2016 (upper class was talent heavy).
Joe Burrow converted 4 QB sneaks on 4th down. After losing Roquan from 2017, we were resetting our ILB room and they couldn't handle mobile QBs (10 rushing TDs allowed by UGA in 2018 to QBs). Burrow also rushed for 2 TDs.
Maybe he isn't talented. I don't know.

And Texas?

Half our defense was missing. No excuses for the offense. OL had no answer for their d line stunts. Coaching definitely screwed the offense in the bowl game.

2019- South Carolina?

Injuries to key players (DL/OL/WR) and took risks that failed. Everyone wants to be aggressive all the time... and then sometimes it is better to play smart.

New OC with covid offseason. 1 QB optout. 1 QB recovering from ACL. And 1 QB learning on the job with almost no offseason reps with #1s.

An interesting tidbit:
Games without Jordan Davis Starting or Finishing
2018 LSU, Texas
2019 South Carolina
2020 Alabama, Florida
