William Meggs, state attorney for the 2nd Judicial Circuit in Tallahassee, confirmed his office didn't receive an incident report from the Tallahassee Police Department until earlier Wednesday. Meggs, who was traveling, said he has only had the report read to him by an associate over the phone.
"We learned about the police report for the first time today," Meggs said. "I've had it read to me. I think the police department would have to tell you why I didn't learn about it for the first time until today."

I assume it was Clemson who filed the charges and showed the police where he forced himself on them.

Depends on the evidence and if the media wants to punish him which I doubt.

You're unhinged.
Your hatred is tasty, though.
It's evident in almost every Ag-related thread.
Peace, guy.

Well played REC. I see what they did hear.
1.) Tarnish Jameis increasing votes for AJ. He won't win it but he has secured 3rd and a trip to NY
2.) Distract the Noles enough to knock them off their game. If any of this is true Winston is done at FSU. Look for him to go to Auburn or LSU
3.) They get revenge of Winston. Never turn your back on the home team boy
4.) Secures that Marlon Humphreys will be at Bama. No way Bobby signs on to him going to be a Crimanole
Well play Rec, Well played
