Is this coming from a fanbase that only discovered football around the year 2000?
No, it's coming from the fanbase of the team that scored more points in BDS in regulation than anyone has in the history of your team.

2.3 or 3.3... both of those get the qb stuffed.
I honestly don’t know why any pro team expects to draft their “future” and him to immediately pay dividends... if yer drafting that high, then there are prolly lots of other concern.
O line should always be 1 and 1.A with the D line.
It all starts with an O Line. You literally cannot do anything without an O line. Bama is a great example here, people are always saying they have sick talent everywhere which they do, but Bama really kicks arse because their o line is always incredible. Always.
Joe attempting 61 passes is asinine by the Bengals but goddamn he didn’t throw a pick and completed 37 of them, most ever by a rookie. He’s had no preseason and a rag tag training camp. He’s had them in both games running for his life after 2 seconds almost every drop back.

I’m terrified when he plays Pitt who just held Saquon to 15 yards on 14 carries.... Christ.

It’s Friday night bro, find something constructive to do and stop worrying about former LSU players

This graphic was posted by ESPN’s NFL Twitter account, interesting debate imho. Seems like it’s between the first two. What say you guys?

Who wrote that? Do you have a link? "Scared to make big throws"
I hope I don't lose any sleep over this.

I know some who haven't watched much football may not understand this but its hard to throw downfield when you're running for your life after 0.5 seconds.
True and little chance Cincinnati's O-line makes
much improvement----this while Burrow will face
tougher defenses than he did against the Browns,
who ranked 22nd in overall defense last season.
Joe can be a great NFL QB but I don't see him doing
it at Cincinnati, for at least a couple of years,
if he survives the beat downs.

You sure are about making stuff up and putting words in LSU fans' mouths to formulate a position in an argument.

Alabama fans didn’t spend the last 9 months talking about how Tua was going to be the next Tom Brady and lead the Dolphins to the playoffs in year one like LSU fans did with Burrow.
Literally no LSU fan has said this being serious. Get a grip, dipshit. The odds of any team going from dead last to Super Bowl champs in one season is astronomical.
quote:
That’s the thing that separates Alabama fans from LSU fans. If Alabama has a highly drafted bust, they don’t try to defend them or excuse them or contort logic to make them seem better than they are. Why? Because they have enough successes to not give a shite. But LSU fans can’t accept that their alumni are anything less than the best at their respective positions even if it is painfully obvious to anyone with an IQ north of room temperature that they aren’t anywhere close to it. Hell you really don’t have any other fanbase in this conference that does that.
Except for the fact that just about EVERY fan base in this conference does EXACTLY that. A&M fans said Manziel was going to light up the NFL. Florida fans said Tebow was going to. Auburn fans said Cam was going to. State fans said Dak was going to turn the cowboys around. Etc... etc....
By all means though, keep posting. I’m enjoying watching you make a complete assigned yourself.

Think it has anything to do with protection and the routes the coach is running to protect him.
Burrow will be great and you will cry in 2 years when he's in the playoffs balling.

i thought i had seen every ounce of lsu derangement syndrome possible. nope. now, rantards are trying to disparage lsu by, get this, criticizing a #1 pick who just set an nfl record in his 2nd game while thrown into the nfl fire on a team that almost won no games last season, has a porous o line and a defense that clearly doesn't care. it's hilarious. everyone knows cincy doesn't have an oline yet these knuckleheads think it's a gotcha that burrow isn't completing downfield passes. this and lsu players opting out is the only schadenfreude these clowns can dig up. that is beyond pathetic

quote:burrow doesn't need defending. he's looked damn good in his first 2 games. he's clearly a baller who's not scared that he's playing on possibly the worst team in the league.
defend them or excuse them
