I mean, it IS Bama. I'm sure the suits will try hard to let it not go farther than a slap on the wrist.

Well, looks as if they have some evidence. May be a little fricked.

Where does this notion that the NCAA takes it easy on us come from?

If they'll spank 'Bama for the textbook scandal, I'm sure the NCAA is ready to enter without using lube...

Next question: how fricked is DJ Fluker if Alabama is hammered for this? I'm sure the "flight of stairs" hitmen are already on the case.

Unless they prove Alabama knew about this while it was happening, the only thing I can see happening is retroactive punishments.

ETA: And El Oh Motherfrickin Ele for think the NCAA takes it easy on Alabama. Simply look at Alabama post 2000 for evidence.

none. If Yahoo won't pass on the evidence for the NCAA to start with nothing will come of it at all.

Same shite happened at Florida in the late 90's with multiple players and not shite happened to them because they NCAA decided they had done everything possible to prevent the situation. Alabama reported Luther Davis a while ago and disassociated him from the program because of some shady shite he had been found to be involved with. The school did everyting they could to prevent it.

Same deal, same penalty.
