Sweet add on. So glad LSU plays in Fayetteville now. Love that beautiful little town.
On one hand, Jeff Long flirted with Les which allowed him to get more money out of LSU. On the other hand he moved our game away from that POS stadium back onto campus. Can't decide how I feel about the man.
Beautiful stadium BTW

Do you REALLY need tv's if you're sitting on the edge of the field?

What kind of movement freedom do you need to watch a freaking football game?
Freedom to go piss or get nachos without doing the arse-to-face shimmy through the bleachers every time. Also, nobody putting their arse or crotch in my face when they have to get up. Plus paying about $60 dollars for that arse/crotch experience while sitting on a metal bench or paying $30 to stand around and drink beer, eat nachos, and go piss whenever I want and still be in the stadium with a full view of the field and Jumbotron.
The best thing about Cowboy stadium is that you can go outside and they have bistro tables set up where you can drink and smoke or eat food, but they also have Jumbotrons out there with the announcers piped through the speakers so you don't miss the game. The freedom to move around and stretch your legs without missing the game was what I remembered most about being there.
It's pretty awesome and will get young people to actually buy tickets and go to the game, which they aren't doing now. There's a huge age gap between the student section and everywhere else in the stadium. You go from 18-22 year olds in the student section straight to 35+ people with kids and seniors, with not very many folks in between. This standing room only option is a direct appeal to the 25-34 crowd who don't have kids, and those are the people who aren't buying tickets right now. This is the kind of option that would get these people to attend games over watching them at a bar or at a house party.

Instant replays etc

Isn't that what the scoreboard is for? Every other stadium uses them.

John Daly will be in attendance tomorrow, I'm ready to see the SEC's best QB do work, loaded up on the +3.5 points.
Go hogs!!

if a client had me or someone that works for me waste a week coming up with a fricking animated video that serves no purpose towards getting the job finished i'd tell them to frick off. they did that shite just to do it and to bill them extra lol. like none of that shite is called for

Marketing material to drive ticket sales. This is a great play at younger fans. I want to booze and eat and walk a bit while watching the game. Standing in front of a bleacher is miserable. Games are social events, embrace it.

How can you miss the game? Every 3 feet there's a frigging tv!!!

Looks nice. I wish Sanford Stadium and our other facilities weren't so land-locked. We're spending almost 70 million on Sanford Stadium West Endzone, but there is only such much you can do.

Im great friends with a season ticket holder and he says it will never get filled until they start paying some 5 stars to play there. They just aren't good enough to fill the seats. He's right.
Our population and demographics in state makes the recruiting territory difficult, no doubt. Most of you Louisiana slackjaws love the crime, shitty public schools, and dirtiness of Louisiana and never leave there. I know about the "uniqueness" of LA; I lived in S. Louisiana for four years. Why/how did you end up in NWA?
