No way. I could see 80k, but even that is pushing it. I would prefer to leave as is. I hope to never see 50k people in a 90k stadium when Arkansas hits some down years. By down years, I'm talking like a 5-10 year period of no 10+ win seasons and a handful of losing seasons that makes the fanbase apathetic, not something like 2012-2013.

There's no way in hell

Need to work on filling up that 72,000 first. There is absolutely no indicator that shows they will be able to fill 90k.

For example:
After about 20 some-odd years of fans bitching about the bat shite, TAMU reacted by tearing it all down and starting over again.

I'd buy 90k by 2035-ish

I am curious as to how in the hell they are going to cram more stadium into that small space.

I don't agree with this move, 90,000 is Rather have a tight ticket at 70,000 with a crazy atmosphere than begin like Vols basketball Also, think they over built bud walton. Ideal capacity is 70-75 for football and maybe 15 for basketball.

The fans don't bitch about that, silly; like other things TAMU-related, tSECr turned it into something it isn't.
The stadium expansion was intended to occur in phases.
Starting all over is not an accurate characterization.
But describe it however you will; I think Kyle Field is magnificent.
Eta: hope it works out, Arkansas. Stadium work/expansion is good stuff.

I wonder how many of that "90K" will be standing room only...I think the renderings showed a pretty huge concourse "over the broyles center" that would be SRO. Can't remember.

This will be interesting. I sure wish we didn't play in Dallas so I could visit Fayetteville again

Following the tamu model of expanding capacity despite a glaring lack of results on the field. Nicely done.
So you can't upgrade facilities unless you're winning? Gotta have money to get money. If you build it, they will come.

I think 80,000 is perfect for SC. I would much rather see us do what we are doing now... The plaza, adding suites and eventually redoing the exterior of WillyB..
