There's a wink and a nod to creating a place where its easier to drink and get away with all kinds of good shite. In other words, fun. Shenanigans. That's a big part of having a fun student experience. That's why baseball outfield parties are so cool in the SEC west. Because its fun.

I already know if some Ag booster saw that Arkansas has this stupid thing, we'd make it twice as big and twice as swagtastic and it would RUIN what makes Kyle so special.
