This reminds me the thread from a couple years ago of "List your team's top 10 first rounders from the past 3 years" thread one of you a-hole posted

So, how many titles did Bama earn prior to 1961 that meet the criteria that you set down at the beginning of the thread?

Dude, I just ranked Alabama's last 10 AP, Coaches, and/or BCS championships, and asked others to do the same for their teams. For Alabama that goes back to 10 championships ago in 1961. For others, it will probably go back further. It's all very clearly laid out in the OP. Nobody other than a couple of other Bama fans have done it yet for some reason though.

You mean the proclamation of 1925,26,30,and 34 ?

In those 4 years combined, Bama was 39-0-1 with 27 shutouts, we outscored our 40 opponents 1133 to 107.

We won 3 rose bowls and tied 1.

Keep making yourself look stupid.

Your 1958 title was for the season, I love how parhetically jealous you are of Bama.

It's pretty clear, Alabama is the only team that qualifies.

Well, clearly Auburn doesn't qualify, because we have only 2 legitimate championships by the criteria you set down - AP title in 1957, and BCS in 2010. I have no problem with that, it is what it is, as someone has said.

I just don't understand why you refuse to answer my simple question: how many legitimate titles (AP, Coaches, or BCS) did Bama earn prior to 1961?

Do you not know your own school's history? Should I look it up for you?

Let's normalize the data a little bit.

Let's use AP Poll, Coaches' Poll, and Bowl Victories.

If that's the case, then the following teams qualify:

Alabama: 1961, 1979, 1992, 2009, 2011, and 2012

If we're using the AP Poll and bowl victories, Alabama also claims 1965 and 1978.
