- Failed to get the W against Bama when we had a chance.
- Mud stomped by Arky a week later.

Got some talent. Looking forward to seeing what we do with it in 2015.

A-, possibility of A or A+ with a natty. I didn't think this was our year. 10-3 with a win in the bowl game was my prediction. This was a rebuilding year with losing the statistical GOAT alabama QB and losing the QB of our defense.

This team has made the fans appreciate each win more because a lot of the games were still in doubt in the second half. This team would probably get their asses beat by every alabama team from 2009 on. No comparisons to NFL teams. Just a scrappy group of players that manage to get the job done

Eerily similar to my thoughts on Mizzou's season. Rebuilding year with heavy losses on both sides of the ball, so I hopefully predicted 9-3, 5-3 and 3rd place East finish.

Nowhere near the most talented team in the last 10 years at Mizzou, all they do is find a way to win. Hard-working, resourceful, play as a TEAM. No prima donnas on this team.

Two bad losses, but several miraculous wins later, I'm giving the season an A- so far. Beat Bama and it's an A, beat Bama and win our bowl game and it's an A+.

Not grading the cupcake games

LSU 28 Wisconsin 24 - We were lucky in this game, Gary Andersen went full retard with his handling of Gordon and completely abandoning the run with a DB playing QB. We did make some big plays in the passing game C-

LSU 29 Mississippi St 34 - Complete arse whooping. Dak and Robinson ran all over our D. MSU completely bullied us on our own turf. Struggled to throw the ball against a bad MSU D. Harris came in and gave us a spark but it was too late, also thanks to Mullen deciding to give his backup C some work which gifted us an easy score. D

LSU 7 Auburn 41 - Worst beatdown since the 08 UF game. Like the MSU game, could not move the ball on a bad defense (0-13 on 3rd down!). Auburn moved the ball at will, they could have easily put 50 on us if they had felt threatened at all. F

LSU 30 Florida 27 - This is a tough one to grade. UF was a mediocre team and we had some more good fortune (dropped UF TD pass late, UF blows coverage on a 3rd and 20+, UF WR gets knocked out and coughs up the ball late). LF went off against a good D. I grade this one just a bit higher than Wisconsin because it was another tough road game after getting slaughtered the week before. C+

LSU 41 Kentucky 3 - Finally a smashmouth defensive performance in the SEC. UK gifted us points with some really bad ST plays. I still give this one an A since we ran the ball at will.

LSU 10 Ole Miss 7 - I'm not sure if we deserve ridicule for such a bad passing performance or credit for running the ball so well with zero passing threat. I am going to go with the latter because the Ole Miss D was highly impressive this year. The OL imposed their will and controlled the clock with some impressive drives. A fantastic defensive performance led by Beckwith, also aided by Bad Bo Wallace overthrowing open receivers. Also some questionable play calling by Freeze at the end. LSU also wasted some scoring opportunities with a missed FG and goaline fumble. B+

LSU 13 Alabama 20 (OT) - We've seen how explosive the Bama offense can be and LSU did a great job containing them. If Beckwith doesn't go out during the 2nd quarter we probably don't give up a single TD in regulation. Bama was not at their best offensively in this game (only 3.7 YPC, Cooper had several drops, Sims was inaccurate at times, Yeldon's 4th quarter fumble should have been a killer). LSU should have won this game but fell apart mentally. Still giving them a B for hanging with the #1 in the country.

LSU 0 Arkansas 17 - Yikes. Arkansas is much improved but there was no excuse for this. Worst offensive performance since 21-0. Completely wasted what was an impressive performance by the D (only 2.5 YPC for Arkansas). F

LSU 23 Texas A&M 17 - Similar to the Ole Miss game in that I feel like we dominated the game but the scoreboard did not reflect it. Struggled in the RZ and our kicking game went full Jekyl and Hyde. A&M should not have had a chance to win, and yet they were driving for it at the end and thanks to some bad officiating did not get the chance (though Kyle Allen deserves some of the blame as well for chucking it up without seeing a flag). Nonetheless we were able to run it at will and for that I give us a B

Which averages us out to a C for the season. I feel like that is a perfect grade as this team showed flashes of dominant defense and running game, held back by an awful passing game and a young defense that didn't gel until October.

Grats on the Super Bowl.

7 out of 10 is accurate. We shite the bed against some (LSU comes to mind as a shite team that we gave the game away against), but also beat some good teams. I'm okay with it.

Bowl eligible, improvement in every aspect, the team played hard every game, in position to have a 10 win season. Almost beat two #1's (leading most of the game in each).

Beating Mizzou would have made it an A+ season.

We lost a lot of games because of injuries and depth, and that takes time to fix with recruiting classes.

Missouri was picked to finish 4th, they finished 1st.

The Indiana and Georgia games are demerits.

Missouri dismantled three teams playing their best ball down the stretch in Texas A&M, Tennessee & Arkansas.

Based on pre-season expectations, it's an A-.

C+, being shut out by Arkansas really hurt.

Had LSU beaten Arkansas, This would have been one of Miles's best coaching jobs with such a young roster, but having a team completely sleepwalk through 1/6 of your games (Arkansas and Auburn) simply doesn't cut it.

Didn't expect to lose to Mississippi State or Arkansas. Should have beaten Bama. Got destroyed by Auburn.
Plus no offense. D+ is fair
