Arkie fans need to admit that when Gus coached here you hated Auburn and wanted that win more than most.....

100%

But it wasn't because we wanted Gus. I mean, a large portion of our fan base did. But they were(are) all a bunch of frickin retards.

UGA is objectively #1 but it usually depends on the age of who you're asking between them and FSU.

1. Clemson
2. UNC/UGA tie
3. Mizzou has become a very fun, unpredictable game that I always look forward to
4. UF/UTK

But man, I really miss the Arkansas game. Glad that's back this year. That was a competitive series.

Kansas
Arkansas

Then maybe Illinois?
We don’t play Nebraska enough anymore.
Kstate was interesting at times
South Carolina games are crazy but don’t see them as a rival.
Maybe Oklahoma when we play regularly again.

I wish USCe was our permanent East opponent. Both came into the league at the same time, have had similar levels of success during our time in the SEC. I feel like we are fairly level and would be competitive year in and year out. Plus, I'd much rather travel to Columbia, SC than Columbia, MO.

1. U cheaT: I hate orange, I hate their stadium. I would get violently ill if the they beat us ever again. Sometimes, for a bit, I wish they wouldn’t suck so bad so it would be interesting, but on second thought, nah…May they suck forever!

2. Auburn. Their fans are insufferable and annoying. Their wins are generally something weird and they holler about it forever, ie some still yell “Punt, Bana, Punt,” and this year will be 50 years (ouch). I do have to say that since I hold them responsible for Coach Senator Tub they almost move ahead.

3. In conference it depends on who beat us last or may give us more of a headache but I wouldn’t call any of those a day in, day out rivalry.

Out of conference?
1. Notre Dame
2 Ohio State
3. Maybe Clemso b/c of their annoying fans and coach

pparently the Rebs playing Southern Miss 23 times isn't enough for LSU fans.

No one look, but that's more than LSU has played UL-Lafayette and Louisiana Tech.

We've played ULLLL 22 times and haven't lost. 19-1 Against La Tech with the loss in 1906.

We've played both of those teams seven times and the rest of our in state teams numerous times since USM laid the smack down on Ole Miss in 1983 and 1984 .... when y'all quit playing them.

Our traditional rivals, in order, were:

Illinois

Missouri is interesting when it comes to rivalries. I like what they were doing a few years ago by playing games in STL and KC against teams like Kansas and Illinois.

On the whole I think that's a thing worth doing when the financials and opponents can be worked out. Elevating Missouri's profiles in the biggest cities in Missouri helps build fan loyalty and recruiting in those cities.

And if you could get the right opponents for those cities (e.g KC: Kansas, Iowa, Iowa State, Kansas State and STL: Illinois, Northwestern, Notre Dame) I think they should do it for the same reasons schools like LSU and Alabama do regular season games in Atlanta, Dallas, and New Orleans.

For State, Ole Miss is really it for football. In baseball though, it’s LSU and Arkansas that take the cake.

And the last time I enjoyed college basketball was when State/Bama had their thing going.
