That whole Petrino situation was pretty embarrassing for a guy that thought he was going to be the bear bryant of auburn.

It is too soon to make that list for Mizzou, but Arky seems to be a good possibility. UGA could happen if we can continue to win the East because of them, either directly or indirectly.

We would consider taking applications from Tennessee, but they have to beat us at least once on the gridiron don't ya think?

That actually bought him several more years. While the fans were not happy with the results under Tubs from 99-03, the vast majority rallied around him when it came out the shenanigans that went on with Petrino and the AU PTB. It was much more embarrassing for them than Tubs.
