what? how was that a hook? it was just a stupid list in a stupid thread. my positioning of any school on my list was done so because thats my opinion. not because im trying to do some flame

this could develop into a great rivalry.

So you are truly more interested in playing Vanderbilt than LSU?

i probably should have put vandy lower than LSU. i just went with them because i can appreciate playing a team from the east who we probably are not going to see again for a whie=le

1 Florida (if Butch loses this one it will be time to GTFO)
2 Oklahoma (This should be a good game)
3 UGA (Always a close game)
4 Arkansas (should be an interesting matchup)
5 Mizzou (first trip to Como)
6 Bowling Green (season opener)
7 South Carolina (meh)
8 Kentucky (Breeders Cup in Lexington this weekend is what I'm more so looking forward to)
9 Vandy (at least it's an SEC game)
10 North Texas (Why schedule games like this in November?)
11 Western Carolina (Not even FBS)
12 Alabama (Loss)

So then, as a question born of good faith, why would you put LSU last among division teams?

aTm and the two Alabama schools are at the top of my list.

because i personally hate both of the alabama schools, i think ole miss is going to be freaking good and our two previous games in oxford were both very entertaining, im excited in seeing dak again for he is probably the best QB in the conference, and i think arky is a good opponent for us because of how they are on the total opposite end of the spectrum in terms of style of play

Agree to disagree on Ole Miss... I'd wager that their offense is going to be a train wreck with no proven running game and a new QB. If Treadwill can't get back to pre-injury form, they're absolutely screwed.

i also think that if treadwill comes back to form, they are one of the absolute favorites to win this division. treadwill will make it a lot easier for whoever they try to break into the QB position.

Agreed, he's one of the best in the game right now. But if you put a corner on him with a safety over the top, somebody else has to step up. I'm not sure who that guy would be on Ole Miss's roster.

agreed, but if you dedicate a safety over the top on him the whole game, it will open up opportunities for other ole miss skill players to step up.

They have a pretty good TE; but the QB will be running for his life.

This is tough because there are interesting storylines for every game.

For AU, UGA and Bama at home would be the most anticipated if we are still in the hunt for the West like 2013. These will still be huge, even if a 2 or 3 loss Auburn is relegated to spoiling the season for UGA and/or Bama.

Reasons to anticipate the other games...

Louisville (1st game. In ATL. Petrino. Could set the tone for the season.)
@LSU (1st SEC game that could set the tone for conference play. AU hasn't won in Red Stick since 1999.)
State (Credit Mullen for making this game more than it is. They always play us tough. Revenge game.)
@UK (Thursday night. I'm sure they'll be ready to play.)
@Ark and @A&M (Both of these could derail AU's season. Just look at what A&M did to Auburn's season last year. Ark has done this several times in the past.)
Ole Miss (Home game that Auburn might overlook. Ole Miss wants revenge, I'm sure.)

Cupcakes... all are about equal, for different reasons.

Jax St (in state school)
San Jose St (Homecoming. We just played last year.)
Idaho (Strange match up. I think we've only played once before.)

Fun bullshite aside, I'm really looking forward to the Auburn vs. Louisville game. I really hate that it's about the same time as the Arkansas game I believe.
