When one of them gets a great coach. All of their coaches are average. Maybe, Tenn and Miami if given enough time. Mack needs an offense.

FSU - Arguably there already, though they still need to beat Florida. Bar a lucky season I dont see them climbing much higher.

Texas - If they ever get around to making some coaching and AD changes they can start moving back up. But they need to be quick, A&M will be sucking all the best recruits in the state if they keep up their success.

Miami - Potential is there, I think we'll start to get an idea of what direction they will be headed next season now that the NCAA will be off their arses. Still probably going to take them a while though.

Tennessee - They have potential, and they're trying to do all the right things. If they somehow pull it together they will come back. Recent history dictates I emphasize the "IF".

USC - Most overrated team in football, now even more overrated than Notre Dame. I see them dangerously close to starting the same string of mistakes Tennessee made in the 2000's. Maybe Im wrong, but I think they will continue to be disappointing.

Nebraska - Football-wise, not enough room in the B10 for more than 2 or 3 really good programs, 2 elites at the max, and I just don't see them overtaking Michigan and Ohio State anytime soon.

I'd recommend adding Auburn to this list. Would put them in at least 3rd. They have been able to maintain great recruiting despite a terrible season, and are fully dedicated to getting their program to the point where they can win against Bama.

Sorry..but I don't buy into Miami for a second. They have done nothing to prove they are even remotely back. 7-5 and being blown out by almost 100 points by the three ranked teams you play? Garbage.
