Nike makes the beet uniforms. However, Under Armour's work out clothing line is twice as good as everyone else

number 1 has to be Nike and it is hard to argue. Granted the % of good uniforms they pump out may not be as high as some others though.
Number 2 would probably be Adidas. Outside of the black Tennessee uniform setup, most of their stuff looks good.
Number 3 would probably be Under Armour despite only having two sets of good looking uniforms in Auburn and USC.

Under armour's apparel is the best. I have t shirts that are 6 years old that are still in good shape. Any other company's would have shrunk , faded, and looked like shite
