Again its about the needs you fill, the rest is empty bragging rights.

The difference between the #1 and the #2 is about bragging rights, not #3 vs #20. With the talent in Florida, the Gators have no excuse for being ranked one spot about MSU on January 3rd other than the program is struggling.

UGA does not belong ahead of UF. Have accomplished nothing recently and have a very questionable staff in place.

Georgia produced the last great team to come out of the SEC East (2012). That team was literally a couple yards short of beating Bama in Atlanta and then going on to beat Notre Dame for the National Title.

Sure, Florida has won two straight SEC East Titles. But neither of those teams were any good.

Since 2010:

National Titles: Zero for both
SEC Titles: Zero for both
SEC East Titles: 2 for both
Head-to-Head: Florida leads 4-3
Total Wins: Georgia 72; Florida 56
Weeks in the Top 25: Georgia 67; Florida 64
Wins against Top 25 teams (final AP Rankings): 10 each

It's pretty close anyway you look at it. But one head-to-head win does not make up for the fact that Georgia has 16 more total wins over the course of just seven seasons. That's 2+ more wins on average each and every season.

Not only that, but things are looking up in Athens. Georgia should be most everyone's pick to win the SEC East next season. Florida is expected to take a step backwards.

the lsu hate is laughable.
Not nearly as laughable as how great LSU fans think their team is.

-Alabama won the SEC and went undefeated this year with an inaccurate/freshman QB. That shows how poor the conference is

Alabama won the SEC and national championship in 1992 with a terrible QB who went 4-18 with two interceptions in the championship game. Great defense and running game can make up for an average or below average QB. Auburn fans used to understand this until ole Gus brainwashed them.

Screw all of you, UF will just continue to win the East, beat LSU, so rank us wherever the frick you want, it won't matter. Haters gonna hate. If you ain't a Gator, you must be Gator bait.
