Our qbs can throw 4 INT against a mediocre pass defense but they're still better than all your qbs!!!!

He's up there too. I was thinking more about the west.

That's what happens when your receivers won't catch (you clearly didn't watch the game). Miles even lambasted the receivers after that game and said Harris made the throws.

Meanwhile your QB went full half season Jarrett Lee in 1 game against one of the more mediocre pass defenses out there.

Coker has to be in the top half and he is playing so much better and appears to have the team won over. Some of those runs kept a few drives alive

1. Prescott - There's a whole lot of mediocrity at the QB position in the SEC this season. Dak gets the nod for playing mistake-free football.

2. K. Allen - Saturday was terrible for him but based on what he'd done previously he deserves the benefit of the doubt.

3. B. Harris - Quickly trending upwards. LSU's offense will be truly scary if he continues to play at his current level (I'd probably have had Grier here pending the LSU game obviously).

4. B. Allen - I actually strongly considered having him #2. This isn't a great year for QBs in the SEC.

5. Kelly - Could be a couple spots higher but far too turnover prone.

6. Towles - Honestly I've watched maybe two quarters of Kentucky all season and am going completely off of stats here. Oh well.

7. Dobbs - Meh.

8. Coker - See above.

9. T. Harris - Looked solid vs LSU. Haven't seen enough yet to justify him being any higher though.

10. Lambert - Almost forgot about this guy.

11. White - I guess.

12. Whoever's starting for USC - I'm not really sure at this point but whoever he is he couldn't be any worse than Lock or McCrary.

13. Lock - Is Mauk gonna be back?

14. McCrary - Does Jay Cutler have any remaining eligibility?

Well that's a thread starter right there.

Didn't Coker have fewer than 100 yards passing against A&M's shitty defense?

Actually, most Aggies think he has the potential to be a first rate QB. I've said so many times.

It's too bad he'll never realize his potential while playing at LSU.

who said he had stats out the roof. We did not pass a lot and apparently the O got very vanilla and we tried a few gimmicky plays laterally that you guys blew up. I still contend he is in the top half of SEC QB's

The problem that Bama had in the second half was the backup center was getting destroyed and there was no pocket for Coker. Everything became a roll out or a pass. Coker made some good plays with his feet. He's a big sumbitch

agreed but I can't fault him for the turnovers when he's being asked to do as much as he is. Reminds me of Andrew Luck having to play god for the colts and throwing a lot of interceptions.

I know it doesn't fit the narrative, but Alabama actually has one of the better pass defenses in the SEC, if not NCAA, this year. Top 10 nationally in pass efficiency defense I believe. The pass defense is much stronger this season than the past couple of years.

This is pretty accurate. Dak is the best in the SEC. But Kyle Allen (save yesterday) and Brandon Harris (never thought I'd say that) have been impressive.

The rest are pretty interchangeable after Kelly and Towles.

I would say...

Dak
Grier
Harris, LSU

I would've said Grier too, but...
