I mean I love Reveille but I thought they could have picked something more interesting from our history to focus on.
Commercials are made to appeal to broad audiences so you want t something that will resonate with outsiders as well as insiders. Simple themes appeal to the biggest audiences so a mother and child or man and dog are good ways to go.
Dogs are just easier to understand than Yell Leaders in the broad view. Aside from the subject matter the video work and sound for the TAMU ad was better than most of the rest.

really not a fan of most of them, if not all of them.
Really disliked ours and LSU's.
Bama was okay
Arky was okay
I think they could have done better, but I also think it's near impossible to convey what they are trying to do in 30 seconds.

Because you are an SEC fan that is why.
Okay, you got me there!
Seriously tho, the ads are for the SECN so seems like the target audience is SEC fans (and possibly those who hate the SEC)

Not if you are creative. Was actually surprised ESPN did not go all out and make really good ones. With 30 seconds you need strong visuals and a good soundtrack. Look at Heineken commercials in how they mix a catchy tune and a theme.

Bama was the best.
Miss State was good too. Not too many people know anout their baseball traditions.
