Does that necessarily mean he hasn't been banned? The reason I ask is that V&S83's profile said the same thing the last time he was banned yet he was still very much banned. It was my understanding (I could be wrong) that those pages were not indicative of whether a user had been banned.

It's because they don't "ban," but suspend on here. You can still log in your account but can't post. Hence why it shows them still online.
