Lane has grown on me. Now if he would just stop calling screen passes with a slow throwing QB we'd be bffs

Lane and I are Eskimo brothers

I was happy when we hired him but I still wasn't sure what to expect.
I think he presence has been a huge deal. He's loose, players love him and he's just a solid coach.
It's fascinating to watch him wander around before games how much guys on both sides of the ball goof around with him.

He loves where he's currently at. It's gonna suck if kirbs, Scott, and kiffin leave this year

What would Nick have done to Lane if Ragland had rolled his ankle.

EBDBB Prime is really going to be a lifesaver around the holidays. It was a great investment.

He would have had him drawn and quartered.
But in the end....you still have Les. Les is a good man!

Kiffin is pretty good with the players. You can tell he has learned a lot coaching at Alabama, mainly not to get away from what is working and not to coach offense at the expense of your defense.
Im really surprised Miami isnt giving him a hard look

I'm still not convinced he has the skillset to be a good CEO or manager of subordinates, but I'm sure he has learned as much as he could in the last 2 years.

I agree completely and I utterly HATED the hire.
If he doesn't get a head job, I really hope we hold onto him another year. I'd like to see what he could to with Ridley and Foster if Barnett has the arm everyone says he does.

Agree - I really want to see things next year with a truly skilled QB in Barnett and weapons on the outside.

am i the only one that thinks kiffins time at bama has opened him up some. he seemed standoffish before but now hes doing piggy back rides and hugging folks.
but i'm also in the camp that wishes hed stop calling quick hit plays with a qb incapable doing it.
overall tho, i'm ok if he dont leave
