I support eliminating some fumble turnovers, like a fumble by a punt returner. I think the ball should just be downed when it is dropped. Or they should give it to the other team but move the ball to at least the 25 on the other side of the field. a turnover by special teams can impact the game more than it should, b/c they aren't on the field that much.

I also think the fumbles that occur when defensive players are hacking at a players hands or in a scrum shouldn't be a turnover.

I wouldn't mind eliminated all fumbles b/c it is a contact sport and drops are going to happen. fumble luck affects the outcome of a lot of games.

I also support the elimination of the onside kick b/c it is cheap way of getting ball back, and it is basically all based on a lucky bounce, etc.
