I thought what they did was perfectly reasonable given what Monk did and how the refs decided to ignore it.

Don't expect a Bama fan to understand why people have an issue with refs dickriding Kentucky. Refs dickride their favorite football team too. Kentucky and Alabama enjoy protected status. Everyone knows it and their fans play dumb about it. It's sickening.

Looked like your typical physical play fouls to me. Nothing out of the ordinary. Kentucky just needs to toughen up, mentally and physically.

There is more to it than that, but this has some basis in fact. The players were frustrated, but they probably wouldn't have reacted that way if the gesture had come from De'Aaron Fox for example instead of Monk. The refs failure to control the game and call reversal also added fuel to the fire. Furthermore, hard fouls and resulting shoving matches / shite talking are quite common in basketball. This is being overblown. No one threw punches.
