They just recently renovated Paty and added a Cane's on the first floor. With that and the computer lab Paty isn't going anywhere anytime soon.

That damn building will probably outlive all of us. Your grandson will be living there.

It's because it's "new" and "healthier". Only freshman eat there anyway.

It is a NCAA rule that dorms can't be athletes only. Have to be at least 51 percent regular students

Moved into Rose fall of 2006, freshman year. Place was an absolute dump. My specific room wasn't as bad as some as the ones I saw so it was manageable. The worst part was having a room on the 9th floor that could see the new riverside and lakeside dorms. Paty is what legends are made off. Even had a kegger that spring there. Still have no idea how it lasted 2+ hours before being shut down.
