Other than yall feuding with LSU about chavis this offseason, I don't know a lot about this years aggie team. You have Kyle Allen (Kyler coming in), speedy, and the DE with tons of sacks. Who else should I keep an eye out for. I know yall normally have a few O-linemen get drafted but don't know what yall return there either

Keep an eye out for AJ Hilliard and Justin Evans on defense

I've never been more comfortable about the position. Tee shep would've started last year if he didnt get hurt and watching tony bridges in the spring game he looks long with good instincts and make up speed. Webster got a lot of reps last year and is learning from the others. He just looks comfortable at the position.

I used to hate giving 10 yard cushions on 3rd and 4 like we did with Nutt ha. So this is definitely new and awesome for Rebel fans

I think Tra Carson is in for a a big year. We will have better run blocking and really no committee.

Personally I am in a "I'll believe it when I see it" mode with RSJ.

We need some of the new guys (sophomores, freshmen) to step up. If we line up Victor Davis and Devante Harris and they don't show significant improvement, we're in trouble.

Agree. I want him to show out but I just don't think it's gonna happen.

Safety should be a strength : Armani Watts and Justin Evans are two of the better players on the team.

DE should be a strength, Daeshon hall went through offseason workouts for the first time since his junior year of highschool, he's up to 6'6 260. He played at 220 as a freshman.

DT has talented depth, still kind of young but should be the best we've had in quite some time.

Linebacker has talent, but we've never had them all on the field at the same time. Need them to stay healthy, because we're not really deep. Shaan Washington, Josh Walker, Otaro Alaka, and AJ Hilliard can all play.

Corner is the biggest question for most fans. Devante Harris should benefit from the scheme change. After that it's pretty unknown. The staff seems to be much higher on our Corners than our message boarders are though...

Brandon Williams was a former 5* RB, 6'1 200 and runs a 4.28 (fastest on team).... He has never broken past 3rd string at RB and is a senior so is switching to corner. He was the gunner for kickoff, and has the right mentality/work ethic to make the switch. Players have had positive reports on him from summer 7on7. It's a lot to ask though.

Christian Kirk at Receiver

As said earlier, Justin Evans (S) is definitely someone to watch alongside Armani Watts.

Brandon Williams is someone to watch at corner. NFL size and speed, 0 experience.

I've heard great things about Daeshon Hall (opposite DE of Garrett) during the off-season. He should heavily benefit from the attention MG (and hopefully Mack) will demand.

Depending on who they choose for PK I'd tune in there whether it be because he is automatic or for comic relief.

Strengths
DL- not only Myles but Hall, Obi, Williams, Mack, and Walker should be a force.

S - Watt & Evans. Both are ball Hawks. Evans can help in the run too.

RB - Carson is a beast but White & Bussey both look like studs potentially too.

WR - we stacked. Reynolds had 13 TDs. Speedy is speedy. Kirk is even better than Speedy. Pope has sick hands. Nacho is a RSJ clone physically. RSJ is still built like WR God.

He looked pretty good last year once he took over for Mastrogiovanni
