Ark hasn't had a good QB since Mallet.

Les by a mile, a country mile at that. Only good QB he had was taught the QB position by Richt.

Sumlin gets them, then runs them off. Coached a Heisman winner, etc.

Gus had success with the UF and UGA cast-off.

The one who hasn't had a Heisman winning QB. A better grouping would be Miles, Bert, or Mason.

And Gus worked wonders with Kiehl Frazier and Jeremy Johnson.

Les is the worst out of those.

The other two may have trouble developing QBs but at least when they have a good one they get the most out of them (Kennum, Cam, Marshall, Johnny.)

I say Gus. Les recruited and developed two QBs that won the SEC chamionship.

Name ONE quarterback that Gus recruited and signed out of high school that has had any success.

Les has, I am sure, the biggest say on what QBs are recruited to LSU. But does anyone honestly think he is the one "developing" them? He isn't teaching mechanics or anything like that. I think recruiting hasn't panned out tbh.

Some high star recruits didn't show, transferred, or were kicked off. A couple 4* guys were not able to run pro-style offense (Jennings/Harris). Mett, and now Etling (pro-style guys) did/are doing fine.

LSU needs to layoff recruiting the dual-threat style QBs and recruit pro-style. I would love too see Rohan/Hodson type guys with this talent.

Well, there you go, it's no one's fault.

(Or is it noone's fault?)
