Great gif. And you're right, making predictions for the entire season this point is just one notch above preseason predictions.

I agree with you, but who's calling wild success for LSU?

Amen... People change expectations so quickly and it makes no sense.

I still don't believe A&M or Ole Miss are anything special. Just like I don't believe Arkansas or Auburn suck. My opinion on the teams in the SEC west have only changed slightly since the year began. People make way too much out of the first few weeks every year, and I don't understand how they haven't figured it out yet.
The only things in my mind that have changed are:
-Chad Kelly will be better than I expected, but he is still going to have to prove his worth against a real team (like bama this weekend)
-Jeremy Johnson is not as good of a QB for Auburn as most expected. Most of his problems have been reading coverages, but I still think he is really talented and will put it together eventually.
-Arkansas can still be a good team late in the year, but they have a ton of injuries right now.
-A&M's WRs and DL are better than I expected. Their offensive philosophy has changed, but I'm not entirely sold on them being able to run the ball nor Kyle Allen as a QB.
-Not really surprised by anything I have seen out of State, Bama, or LSU yet. Pretty much as expected.

I needed that. The tingle in my nutsack I got watching LSU's passing game was probably unwarranted.
Though, it's possible I just sat on it.

So far everyone is about like what most expected preseason.
Bama still good with a game manager QB, secondary meh.
Ole Miss still good but unproven running game.
LSU still meh on offense, but LF is dynamic.
Arky not overly-talented and missing their defensive stalwarts and Jonathan Williams.
MSU has Dak and bunch of dudes.
TAMU better with Chavis.
Auburn misses the under-appreciated Nick Marshall.
Tennessee not back.
Sakerlina has no QB.
Vandy is Vandy.
Kentucky is not Vandy.
Georgia already setting up to disappoint.
Florida is trying to score TDs at least.
Mizzou looks ok, but ok went 7-1 in the SEC last year.

Only the clowns devalued the Nick Marshall departure - those who paid attention saw a chance for offensive decline, especially after Duke Williams started derping around.

Looks to me like he's saying "settle the frick down."
