A few months back I predicted that Aubbie would be the 1st SEC team to exit the top 10

Now,to be fair, I called it for next week after an LSU loss, but I expect that prediction to come true today

Anyway, good job Aubbie and good job Arky

1st to fall from top 10 and 1st to fall from the rankings

You guys are #1

Will you print a retraction if they don't fall today? Good job on seeing the obvious also. Young team, thin on defense with a first year starter.

The JSU win killed our feelings about this team. Swing away. Don't care.

So, you are saying that anyone should have seen that Aubbie was over hyped and overrated?

Good point

I don't think us Aubies give a damn about where we are ranked right now. I hope we fall out of the top 25 today, although we probably just drop to about 9.

What matters is this coming weeekend in BR.

No, but only the Auburn homers thought this season was going to be a cake walk. What is lost is outside of about 3 teams everyone looks pretty vulnerable this season. Auburn on the other hand has continued to win and has the talent to be better than they have played thus far. Without stating the obvious JJ has to play better.

Malzahn is in year three of his tenure. A good coach doesn't shot his wad in year one and start regressing. None of the crap you said should be an excuse to almost lose to a FCS team. You might could have used those excuses in 2013 but in 2015 it just doesn't fly. Auburn might pull off more miracles and win the SEC but on the morning of September 13, 2015 they look like a team more likely to to go 3-5 in SEC play. Auburn held on to beat a Louisville team that lost to Houston yesterday and if not for the help of a boneheaded Jacksonville state coach in the final three minutes of the game, would have had one of the most embarrassing losses in SEC history. No auburn fan can with a straight face tell me they actually think this team can pull it together enough to win the SEC and make the playoff.

For the sake of an argument. The D was missing 6 starters by the end of the game yesterday. So if the D improves to say top 40 this year, which it shows the potential to accomplish.

Then...we have the QB situation. My post history will show I was not someone who assumed JJ would be great. The QB position is tough to tell until they go under live fire. Even I am shocked at how poorly JJ has played, but in Gus' history he has always found a way to move the ball. If he does and we generate say a top 25 offense then a turn around doesn't seem impossible.

As an Auburn fan I have more doubt in the offense than the defense at this point assuming the starters all come back healthy. That is an odd place to be.

As a bama fan are you not concerned about the inconsistent play of your QB. I have watched both games and would considerate it a liability for bama. I look forward to where both teams are in November.
