Odd that Lattimore isn't first team.

I would have put him with Richardson on 1st team, but you can make a good argument for Lattimore, Richardson or Davis.

Lutz is going to be our best receiver this year, especially since he'll play in the slot some too. Lutz >> Gragg easily.

Yep yep, he'll get the most targets.

And my prediction: Corey Lemonier will be 1st or 2nd team All-SEC at the end of the year.

NCAA needs to get that dude to piss in a cup

I agree with both.

And Roof, at one of the AU Club things, said Lemonier has progressed more than anyone else this offseason, and he's already assuming he will be good enough to enter the draft after his junior year. Dude is gonna be good

Agreed but do they make out this list based on potential or performances, I'm slightly confused on that.

Alfy Hill > Sanders

Even though Bama had to wait a few more years

Some dude on BOL a few years ago pumped Sanders up like crazy though, like the next Pollack...

then don't think he deserves to be on any all sec lists until he actually does something.

Sorry broskie but I gotta call you out here. You're the one who wants to rate Poo Richardson over Knile Davis, despite the fact Davis had nearly twice as many rushing yards and better YPC average than Richardson did last year. If what really matters is what someone has done, then Davis has to get the nod over Richardson. You can't rate Richardson over Davis based on potential, then say Gragg can't be second team preseason all-sec.

Craig Sanders

He arrived at AU a year ago at about 225 lbs. He's up to 266 lbs now

difference is Richardson was good when given the chance vs. Gragg who hasn't put up many numbers.

Richardson has had over 700 yards rushing 2 straight seasons.

He had more receiving yards than Gragg and the dude is a RB.

I heard Jabrian Niles is up to about 280 before summer even started . Would be great if he could help out at tackle.

Phillip Marshall said Sanders is going to play DT some this year, just so we can get him on the field

I could see this in passing situations. I just don't want him getting TOO big.

Tyler Wilson is sort of in the same situation. He only had one real opportunity which was against Auburn. I think Phil Steele as well as this list has him 2nd team behind Murray.

I think it's mostly prediction.

Well, I checked Phil Steele's preseason list and he has on the two-deep:

11 Hogs
4 LSU Tigers

He's from Ohio I think.
