I'm sure someone will be along to give me the dismal stats we have against them, but I truly believe it'll be Auburn this year

at least I hope

Lots of AU predictions. Feels d@mn good to be on top again.

As for my prediction, we'll beat LSU at home. Then lose to UGA in Athens, but beat them in the rematch in Atlanta.

hat will be your school's most impressive victory of 2014?

Could be a win over the highest ranked opponent you faced or just a thrashing, to each his own.

For UGA: Tennessee

We will have already played two difficult games, thus we will be battle tested. We also get the luxury of an off week a few weeks before the game and a lesser opponent prior to UT (Troy). It's in Athens, their OL/DL situation looks putrid, and they do not have a proven QB. Richt buried UT at the beginning of his tenure, which drastically helped recruiting. He knows the importance of stepping on their throat and keeping them buried.

I say UGA wins by 17+, in quite convincing fashion.

What say you?

Yeah, just like the last 2 years when ya'll had a way superior team and blew us out...

MSU had their one great home win per decade last year.

Alabama likely, because they'll be the second best team.

But for sheer fun, LSU, because it's going to be pretty bad. I'm guessing we crush them by 24 or so.

This is probably the best choice for us. They are in for a horrific season and it is in Athens, probably with Richt wanting to make it a statement game.

I'd like to say SCAR, but the fact is that game will more likely go down as SCAR's most impressive loss of the season than anything else. With everything they have to replace and it being in Week 3 with us coming off a bye week, we would probably be 2 TD favorites on a neutral field. It is in WB though, so we'll end up hanging on to win by 3.

If we're going by highest ranked opponent then it'll be the win over Auburn. I fully expect them to be ranked in the top 3 and undefeated when they come to Athens.

Alabama. I have enough fingers to count our wins against them and we have played @Bama the past 2 seasons. If Alabama rolled into our game winless, it would still be our most impressive victory.

Saban cheats to beat us, so he must be scarred.

Points wise, definitely our opening week win over Arkansas. Our winning point spread should be pretty darn impressive.
