I agree we play bad teams close occasionally (see USC last year), but we don't lose to teams we have no business losing to, at least not since Butch has been here. The most recent embarrassing loss (embarrassing by team who beat us, not by point spread - we've had plenty of those)I can find is Wyoming in 2008

11-1. I could see a scenario where they beat Bama and Florida but lose to somebody like UGA on the road who actually has a good team minus what they are going to do at QB.

If we lose more than 2 than the coaching is shite. The only team on paper better is Bama. I can see us losing to UGA on the road after the Florida game but anything more than 2 loses is a result of shitty coaching.

Going 9-3 could very well mean losing to the only good teams on schedule. Would be a terrible job by the coaching staff.
