They aren't going to start, and even if they did, it wouldn't stop women form doing this, they don't make these false claims for logical reasons.

The best way to beat an SJW argument or movement is to use their own twisted worldview against them. One of two ways would work of used en masse:

1) Start a movement encouraging men to 'come forward' with rape claims against women who they had sex with, while the man was drunk. Enough silliness against a 'protected class' and universities will change their 'guilty until proven innocent, and then still guilty' policies.

2) Use one protected class against another, in this case "male POC" vs "White women". (POC is People of Color)

The vast majority of rape accusations are leveled at non-white men by white women. Is this true? Maybe, maybe not. It doesn't matter, because SJWs do not care about facts, and this statement fits their worldview that POC are oppressed by whites, so they won't question it. Make sure to say 'rape accusations' because you have to understand the SJW believes every accusation against POC is opression.

Once you have established the 'fact' that POC are the ones being accused (brush off the fact that all the high profile cases are white men as 'media bias because no one cares about a POC male being kicked out of a school') you must create a narrative that fits in line with the SJW thinking. "Whites in power in elite universities use rape accusations to keep POC from bothering or having sex with white women. This is all a ploy by white dominated universities to keep male POC as second class citizens. POC are accused by whites of raping their white women all the time, because they are trying to make sure whites stay as the highest race. Of course they don't want the word of a white woman questioned, especially not when its a poor black kid who slept with her. Her parents are probably mad at her for having sex with a POC, so to punish him for sleeping with a white woman, the elite school is just going to kick him out. Maybe he can get an education where they think he belongs, at an HBC."

Something along this line, as long as it is delivered with conviction and no sarcasm, will make an SJW curl up in a ball and cry for hours. In their oppression Olympics, male POC is virtually even with white woman, so they have no idea who they are supposed to support. This causes a feedback loop, and generally defeats them.

Scary how far this can be taken, essentially this policy is guilty until proven innocent because it seems to put the burden of proof on the accused to show that they had consent throughout every moment of the encounter and the "victim" could not be intoxicated which is also defined very loosely.

Essentially this policy makes it so that any woman with buyers remorse the next day can destroy the life of the guy she slept with without consequences to herself. In fact she may be seen as a hero for doing so.
