It was a fairly hidden troll, imo. You really can't blame them.

Not by the time Oct 25 rolls around they won't, by my estimation.

Why?

At worst, LSU will probably be 5-3. Ole Miss will be 5-2.

More than likely, LSU will be 6-2.

LSU will be favored.

If LSU loses less than 2 more games, I will stop posting on this board.

They have talent at the skill positions on offense.

If the offensive line gels, the switch to Harris at QB could make a difference.

A blocked punt or 2, a missed FG, injuries to other teams, etc.

They need help, but I guess it could happen.

They are only one game out of a tie for first now.

They will probably lose to Arkansas too, finish 10-2, win the west, win the SEC, win the playoff. 2007 all over again.

Impressive win but beating another team by a few points cannot be defined as a whuppin'.

Why did you stop at winning the West? Its still mathematically possible for LSU to win the West, SEC and then whatever the frick they're calling that four-team playoff at the end of the season. I've got $5 I could bet on this scenario but I think I'm going to buy a beer instead.

If Brandon Harris wins the Auburn game for us and starts thereafter?

Possible.

If Brandon Harris rides the pine and Jennings continues to struggle?

Extremely unlikely unless the Honey Badger or PP7 have a clone on our defense that steps up and starts saving Miles week in and week out.

In other words, very unlikely.

I'm prepared for 3 losses and only hoping the games are all competitive to the end and Ole Miss forfeits at halftime rather than risk further injury to their pride.

Don't worry Ole Miss. Your team has been in the shitter for quite some time and have finally found success in one season.
